Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Very welcoming and outgoing personality both Mikael AKA Mike and his lovely wife. She turn her store into a Costco experience, with a sample here and a sample there. The best thing is I got to experience some real Armenian hospitality with some πŸ”₯ cheese Borek's and the Lamjune was on another level. Thanks guys for yesterday and when I'm in the Fresno Area, I will forsure be passing by! Nareck Sr.

Such amazing and loving people ! I learned so much heritage and history that Fresno has for Armenian people. I went here with my Baba and we were served freshly made lahmacuns and spinach cheese boreks. Armenians in Fresno know what's up! Way better baked and quality food here at Bread Basket Bakery, compared to most places in LA! Must try!

I stopped to get a coffee. I was planning to get a cup of coffee to go... I stepped in, and Mike greeted me, and within a few minutes, I was sitting down and enjoying a cup of authentic coffee in a beautiful cup which Sarah served fresh from the pot. I felt the same welcome and hospitality I experienced in the Mediterranean when someone has you sit in the shade under a tree and serves you the homemade item Grandma made. I tried some pastries. They make baklava and other delicious items. Although I'm not a huge fan of chocolate pastries, I highly recommend the chocolate item named after the customer. I don't remember the name, but it was All that. I ended up drinking a Pepsi and watched as Mike cooked the chicken shish kabobs for lunch with some loyal customers. We listened to music and hung out. I had a plate of food with the guys, and I really liked the chicken. It is slow marinaded and cooked over the fire, which really brought out the flavor. The plate was $14 and came with salad, hummus, pita, rice pilaf, and chicken. It's available on Saturdays after 1230. I had some Armenian mineral water, and I ended up getting a small tray of pastries, which did not survive all the way ho

Amazing owners, amazing food. Took my wife and family member out of town. We had a blast sitting inside and just eating and chatting it up with the owners. It is a must place for Lahmajun and desserts also their variety of products they sell. Koko

I”ve been going to Bread Basket bakery for over 25 years. Rita was always the kindest and cheerful shopkeeper I Know. I moved to Pismo Beach 10 years ago and hadn’t been there in a while. I was surprised that Rita had retired, but after meeting Michael and Sarah, really glad they are continuing the legacy. Michael and Sarah have really updated the place yet kept the friendly local feel. The Lahmajoon has been changed in many good ways. Bit crispier crust and a more sophisticated meat mixture. Throw in the handmade desserts that Sarah makes, and I will be going for the next 15 years each time I come to Fresno for my business. I have big mouth good when something is good and a big mouth when something is not good. This big mouth wants everyone to know this place is fantastic. Bobby Ohanian
